Honingnest projects (Pty)Ltd provides farms to farmers in the compact farm market between 10 000m² and 50 000m².
- You can buy a undivided share in one of our projects. After you have purchased the undivided share, it will be registered in the deed office, and you will receive a deed reflecting the transport to your name.
- Lease to own option: You sign an agreement for a period of up to 5 years, when the term comes to an end you can take transfer of the undivided share.
- If you want to take transfer before the contractual term ends, we will assist you to bond the property.
- Each undivided share owner is allocated a piece of land for sole use through a co-owner’s agreement.
- The undivided share is transferable and is part of your estate. If you pass on your next of kin will inherit the undivided share.
- Undivided shares are the easiest and most cost-effective way to own immovable property in South Africa.
