Honingnest Projects (Pty)Ltd owns immovable property for instance farms and commercial buildings. 

We sell undivided shares in our immovable properties to Investors and Purchasers.

We also lease our properties to tenants.

The company income streams consist of rental income and profit generated through the sales of undivided shares. 

We have signed "lease to own" agreements until 2036.

Honingnest projects (Pty)Ltd provides farms to farmers in the compact farm market between 10 000m² and 50 000m².

  • You can buy a  undivided share in one of our projects. After you have purchased the undivided share, it will be registered in the deed office, and you will receive a deed reflecting the transport to your name.
  • Lease to own option: You sign an agreement for a period of up to 5 years, when the  term comes to an end you can take transfer of the undivided share.
  • If you want to take transfer before the contractual term ends, we will assist you to bond the property.
  • Each undivided share owner is allocated a piece of land for sole use through a co-owner’s agreement.
  • The undivided share is transferable and is part of your estate. If you pass on your next of kin will inherit the undivided share.
  • Undivided shares are the easiest and most cost-effective way to own immovable property in South Africa.


Honingnest projects (Pty)Ltd provides offices and residential accommodation to prospective Investors and Buyers. 

  • You can buy an undivided share in one of our projects. After you have purchased the undivided share, it will be registered in the deed office, and you will receive a deed reflecting the transport to your name.
